Authentication
Two stages. Every piece. No exceptions.
Authentication at Hyde is never automated end-to-end. HydeAI runs the initial pass — comparing photographs against thousands of authenticated reference pieces across stitching, hardware, materials, font weights, date codes, and era markers — to flag anything that warrants closer attention.
From there, every piece goes to a trained specialist who reviews the AI's findings, examines the item by hand under controlled conditions once it arrives at our facility, and makes the final determination. For supported brands, we also run an Entrupy authentication scan as an additional independent check before payment is released.
No piece is purchased on AI alone. No piece reaches our marketplace without specialist sign-off. This is what we mean when we say verified twice.
